The Disney Wish launched in 2022 as DCL's most enchanted ship — a princess-forward design with the first-ever Frozen dining experience at sea, AquaMouse water ride, and the brand-new Triton-class layout that the Treasure and Destiny would follow. If you're booking a Wish sailing, here's every stateroom category explained.

Concierge Staterooms (1A–3B)
1A Concierge Tower Suite — The Crown Jewel
At 1,781 sq ft across Decks 14–15, this is the largest stateroom on the Wish. A panoramic 180° wraparound verandah, King bed plus sofa, sleeping up to 5 across 3 bathrooms, and full butler service. The wraparound views at sea are simply unmatched on any DCL ship.
1B Royal Suite — Sleeping Beauty Themed
1,759 sq ft with a two-story private verandah, private whirlpool, and spiral staircase. Sleeping Beauty theming, butler service, sleeps 6. One of the most visually striking suites in the fleet.
1C Royal Suite — Aft Corner
1,507 sq ft on the aft corners of Deck 10 with a large private verandah and whirlpool, walk-in rain shower plus tub, double sinks, and the full concierge experience. Sleeps 6.
2A 1-Bedroom Suite with Extended Verandah — Hidden Gem
608 sq ft with an extended private verandah, walk-in closet, wet bar, rain shower plus tub, and full concierge lounge and sun deck access. Sleeps 5. One of the best value-to-luxury ratios in the concierge tier.
2B 1-Bedroom Suite with Verandah
497 sq ft with a private verandah, split bath (rain shower plus tub), wet bar, and full concierge access. Sleeps 5. A popular upgrade target for families who want concierge perks at a slightly lower price point than 2A.
3A & 3B Entry-Level Concierge
The 3A (296 sq ft) includes a private verandah with all concierge perks — lounge, sun deck, and priority access. The 3B (357 sq ft) has no verandah but stunning floor-to-ceiling forward ocean views with Little Mermaid theming throughout. Both are the most attainable way into the Concierge experience on the Wish.
Family Verandah Staterooms (4A–4E)
241 sq ft with a split bathroom and Murphy bed setup for families of 4–5. Princess theming throughout — Moana, Cinderella, Frozen, and more depending on the deck. Always choose 4B over 4A at the same price.
4A Standard Family Verandah — Decks 9–11
The baseline family verandah. Solid location, standard open balcony. Check 4B availability before booking.
4B Family Verandah with Bump-Out — The Insider Pick
Decks 8–9 with a larger bump-out balcony footprint than the standard 4A at the same fare. Always prefer this when the price is equal.
4C Family Verandah (Enclosed Navigator's Style)
Decks 6–7 with DCL's enclosed Navigator's-style verandah — more wind protection, great for cooler itineraries. Cinderella and Frozen theming.
4E Family Verandah with Extended Aft Balcony — Community Favourite
284 sq ft with an oversized aft verandah and wake views that rival much pricier rooms. The first family rooms to sell out at every booking window — if you see one open, book it.
Deluxe Verandah Staterooms (5A–7A)
200 sq ft for 3–4 guests with a split bath. Disney princess theming varies by deck and category. Choose 5B over 5A whenever available for more balcony space at the same price.
5A Deluxe Verandah — Deck 10
Moana and Little Mermaid themed hallways. Standard open verandah, midship stability.
5B Deluxe Verandah with Bump-Out — Decks 8–9
Princess & The Frog and Sleeping Beauty themed. Bump-out balcony at the same price as 5A — always the better pick when fare is equal.
5C Deluxe Verandah — Decks 6–7
Cinderella and Frozen themed hallways. Lower decks, slightly more affordable on some sailings.
6A & 6B Verandah with Obstruction
243 sq ft on 6A with a solid lower railing partially blocking the ocean view when seated. You need to stand to see the horizon — priced below standard open verandah rooms as a result.
7A Navigator's Enclosed Verandah — Best Value Pick
214 sq ft with DCL's semi-enclosed porthole-opening verandah. Total privacy, excellent wind shelter, and consistently priced below standard open verandah rooms. Ideal for couples and solo travellers.
Oceanview Staterooms (8B–9D)
8B & 8C Family Oceanview
237 sq ft forward with a split bath and large porthole window, sleeping up to 5. The best budget option for families who want natural light. 8C rooms are on Decks 6–7.
9A & 9C Corner Oceanview — Hidden Gems
The 9C forward angled hull rooms benefit from the ship's hull shape — significantly more floor space than a standard room plus wide-angle views at oceanview pricing. Consistently underbooked and worth targeting. Browse them on the deck plan.
9B Deck 2 Oceanview
Forward upper berth on Deck 2 area. Steps from the Oceaneer Club — convenient for families with young children who are in and out all day.
9D Angled Porthole Oceanview
Forward placement with an angled porthole that limits the sightline. Budget oceanview pick; verify upper berth availability if booking for 4.
Inside Staterooms (11A–11C)
No window, but completely comfortable at 169 sq ft for guests who plan to spend their time exploring the ship, on shore excursions, and at dinner. Split bath on 11A and 11B. Location is everything in this tier.
11A Inside — Upper Decks, Midship
Most desirable inside location. Best midship stability and convenient access to pool deck and dining.
11B Inside — Midship
The best all-around inside cabin pick. Midship position for stability, convenient access, and affordable pricing for first-time DCL cruisers.
11C Inside — Deck 2
The cheapest rooms on the ship. Great if you have young children in the Oceaneer Club — but be aware of noise from the Walt Disney Theater above. Single bathroom only.
